Who we are
HASH: Mining Studio (“the game”) is published by Novpix LLC, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Contact: info@novpix.com.
A simulation only
The game simulates a mining workshop. In-game coins and credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and are not real cryptocurrency. The game does not mine, buy or sell real cryptocurrency.
Data stored on your device
Your progress (workshop, balances, levels, rewards, hardware state), the nickname you choose, language, sound and tutorial preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
Market prices
To show reference prices, the game requests public BTC, ETC and RVN prices from CoinGecko (api.coingecko.com). The request contains only coin identifiers; like any internet request, the provider can see your IP address and basic device/network metadata.
Advertising
The game offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Watching is always your choice. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, approximate location, device and app information and ad interactions to deliver, measure and, where you consent, personalise ads. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) the game asks for your consent with Google’s consent message, and you can change your choice from the game’s Rewards screen. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
Purchases
Optional credit packs are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payments are processed by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies; we never receive your card details. We receive only the purchase confirmation needed to deliver credits.
Notifications
If you allow it, the game schedules local notifications on your device when a graphics card breaks down. No push service or server is involved and you can turn them off in the game or in system settings.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights and contact
We do not sell personal data and hold no player account data on our servers. For questions or requests about your data, including data processed by our advertising partner, email info@novpix.com. We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and show the date below.
